TOPIC: Csgo help

So the past few days for a few hours at a time my csgo has not been letting me join any servers it just says I am joining the server forever until I cancel the search, my rank also disappeares along with all my pins

I have tried restarting my csgo multiple times and this hasn't helped not sure why it keeps happening but if anyone knows I'd appreciate your help
