There are no possible ways of "Making just a simple one", TS servers have to be hosted like that of servers you must pay for the server monthly or yearly to be able to edit and allow users to join etc. Each way or another you will have to rent or buy a server if you desire your own TS, because hosting your own as in being a TS host company is easy and very expensive; as Joker said your better off using that website as it being the cheapest I've probably seen and paying monthly or emailing them asking can you set up a purchase plan. This is the only way I think sorry.
