Pretty sure the gems only come at special events such as Christmas Update etc

yeah its not really clear on when you get gemes "limited time only"

can you show us that you actually have booster packs active

If you did not receive the gems. it's because the "limited time" ran out... So you don't get them with the booster packs anymore. I am sorry bud
