The snipped probably dosen't show enough proof maybe try using the last 4 digits of your credit card and the date of when you purchased a game that worked for me for eg card used on my account with the last 4 digits: xxxx which was used to make a purchase on the account on the <insert date > |

Give them the full name you used on your paypal account, your paypal's email, the transaction ID and invoice ID.
If he asks for more details on the steam account, the following details should be useful: A cd-key that you have used on that steam account, if it's from a game you bought IRL and activated on steam, take a picture of the code along with the support ticket's ID. If you used a credit card to buy games from steam, include: -The credit card's type(mastercard, visa, etc..) -The full name of the credit card's owners. -The last 4 digits of that credit card. If you used a steam wallet code on that acount, include: A picture of the the code's receipt along with the support ticket's ID. And you should really use a 2 way verification on your email to avoid such situations, goodluck! |
