Hey lads, so I've got 2 problems that I need help with ^^

Problem 1: When ever I join Teamspeak, Weather it be Zarp's or Bib's I always lag and people really can't understand me due to the lag and it's frustrating as hell.

Problem 2: When ever I join Teamspeak before I play gary's mod, My microphone doesn't work on Gary's mod due to myself being in the Teamspeak.

Headset I've got: I've currently got Sennhisour Game Zero headset witch I paid £200 GBP for
