TOPIC: Gametracker Issue.

I'm having an issue with gametracker at the moment, none of my time is being recorded and there is no profile being created for my name, as a result I have lost all time committed to the server over the christmas period and before.

Every time I log on server one a temporary gametracker profile is created for my account but once I leave the account is lost and is not saving any gametime.

If anyone knows what could be going wrong or could help please comment.

((Note: I'm Checking For My Steam Name Not In-Game Name.))

I've had a look around for a bit and cant find anything on the matter, only that gametracker can take a while to record stats (around a few days at most) but nothing about profiles not saving.
I recommend you take a look on their help forums in case you can find something that I've probably missed.
As long as people are aware of this problem and see you actively in game a lot then you might be able to not rely on it as much as necessary, if applying for staff, because people will know you to be an active member of the community however the definitive proof sure would help.

Others are also not getting game time recorded when they play the servers, this is sometimes caused by the lack of players getting a score. So I suggest getting a score then you may record time, also maybe try and make a dedicated game tracker profile.
