You need to link your steam account to your forum account here.

You either used a different account or didn't press the "Buy" button.
You have no VIP badge.

it shows a buy vip menu while i just bought it!!!!

i buyed it just now i got a email confirmation of it

If you bought it in the server please make sure your steam profile is linked to your forums account and to do so just goto the Zarp VIP section and it will tell you if you have your steam account linked or notand if not then link it then it should work if not then chute will come on sometime and help you
