The Grinch and Santa suits will be removed, but there is the EDF Soldier suit from the Mega Rare Gift that will be permanent but you cannot get it after the update. As for the games being refilled i'm sure they will be as they were last event, slots already has a good chance to get items all you need is a good amount of gems to set it to x2 or x3. Personally x2 is better as you're only paying double the gems for double the reward, while as x3 is paying four times the gems for three times the reward. Gifts on the other hand could get better chances or reduce the conversion rate, perhaps make a suggestion under the 'Server Issues/Suggestions' category and suggest it, who knows you may just get what you're looking for.
