Go into the server, and go to the F4 Menu, and navigate to the "Donate" Tab. Press on the "You have 1 unclaimed booster packs", and you should get your items.	Tettra Offline Legendary Member The original Good Boy™️ Posts: 3860 Thanks received: 930 Karma: 16

Hi valtteris1,
We have just taken a look into this issue for you and can see that your Booster Pack upgrade was successful. All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and wait for the message to appear in chat tell you 1 Booster Pack ready to claim. You can them claim the pack under in the F4 menu under the Donate tab. Please let us know if you need any further assistance and thanks for supporting ZARP!
