TOPIC: Anyone tips?

Hey guys. Last time trying to change went good for 4 days, but now i wanna keep it up, anyone tips? And i hope This time people will also let me, and not think like before. Thanks for reading merry christmas peeps

Type chat only so you don't regret anything you say instantly, it may take a bit more time but can allow you to reconsider if you were going to say something rude or generally impolite. Guys im sure he asked how to change not for hate Ok? But I would go for the previous comment to type will allow you to think and don't snap at rule breakers and just report.
