TOPIC: Keys blocked

So, basically my F4 and Q key are 'lagging' I have to mash them a lto of times before the menu goes down, up usually no problem at all and after 1-20 times mashign the menu is going down, anyone a idea on how to fix it? Since I can't react quickly to ANYTHING anymore :/

Alt Tab in and out again usually works for me.
If not ReLaunch Gmod
If not Reinstall/Verify cache
