Hi i have buyed a vip for me and my friend

my friend got the vip and i haven't got it

why?

Not sure then, there are multiple things that could be disallowing you to receive your VIP, I'll send this thread to an owner when they are awake in a couple of hours.

As I have read above you have already linked your steam profile to your account BUT maybe you should try to find out if your steam account is linked to another zarp account as it may have been sent to the other account and not the one you are using now

no i have not linked it to another zarp account

Have you checked ingame (F4 > Donate/VIP) to see if It says "Active" under VIP?
