TODAY I CONNECTED TO ZARP AND LOOK AT MY INVENTORY... AND BAM MY GLOUN GUN IS GONE.... I HAVEN'T USED IT OR ANYTHING I EVEN SWEAR I NEVER LOST IT OR CHANGED MY JOB WHILST I HAD IT.

a lot of people saw me with the gloun gun and even admins as well... i always had it in my inventory and never took it out.. only once to impress some people.. i had it when i logged off and next morning its gone... WTF..... im really pissed about this..
may i please get refunded...im extremely angry about this i really am.. i spent 28 mil on it

Yeah sorry but items do not disappear out of inventories, even after crashes after you just bought it. Even with proof you having it and not will not be enough as you could have easily stored it or lost it in the mean time of them pics. Anyway if it is legit hope they get to the bottom of this. Well here's the issue just like you're saying your special weapon just went AFK (missing) I also get 20 other requests a day saying the same thing and again just like you having zero proof so if 19 of them are lying and only 1 are telling the truth the economy and the server would go to shit so this is the reason we can't do anything with out it.
