I always see this tab menu when I play....

May have to do with your client skipping a chunk of code when logging in. Try rejoining the server.

I have been playing for quite some time now, 3 months to be exact, I thought it was normal until I got MOD and realized people were using that TAB PM thing, I couldent, I was using chat, then I realized something was wrong...

What do you mean? In ESC>Options>Multiplayer at bottom right it says 'Allow All Custom Files From Server'.

And No, I don't have any console errors, the only error is a button error.... which doesn't spam atall...
