ok the sever has gone down now and i have tried get my prints back with /restore and /refund but there not coming back would and admin be so kind come on sever 2 and refund me please ?

nuc maxed x1
gold max x1
ruby max x1

do /restore all when you join the server again buddy

You need proof mate and you can do /restore all or /restore and the individual printer name if not get proof of it not allowing you.

They don't refund printers.

If you don't get the option to restore your printers that means the server did not crash, more then likely your internet timed out. You only get the option to restore when the whole server crashes.
