I've looked into your problem and not found anything wrong on our end. Have you made sure you rejoined the server?

Once you've logged onto the server, press F4, go to the tab labled "Donate", and then click the one that says you have "x amount of unclaimed booster packs". After clicking this, you should get the benefits!
