You need to find a bay that you can download free stuff and look for a program that's called Password reset and download and burn it on a disk. When all that's done put it in your computer and boot from disk and it will pull all the users and passwords and you can remove it right from there. ( only works on xp, 7/8 ) if you have a windows 10 is you will need to go the legit route and either reinstall windows and set a new account up or you can use your phone or some other device and reset your Microsoft live account. It's not that as I've restored it to factory settings and now my buttons are focked so I'm putting it in the shop that fixes laptops and phones and stuff.
