TOPIC: Thunder Gun Refund

Greetings..
the story is : i was playing in zarp 2 then i lost connection ( server didnt crash at all ) and i have my thunder gun equipped and when i lost connection i lost it and i couldnt refund it with the /restore system so i did a f1 telling admins if they could help and they said go to the formus now here iam.
i have proof that i have a thunder gun equipped and i lost connection
just in case i have a screenshot of my banker / inventory just incase

I believe they only refund you if it's the server that's playing up, not your own connection.

For all we know, you could have unplugged your internet, etc.

Unfortunately we don't refund for anything but server problems, but i'm sure if you ask around you can get some help.
