The meeting starts at 1:00 PM CST (In America) for me.
So if you can't deal with the rulebreakers, don't play for 2-3 hours (Can fluctuate.), which is when the mods are released. They will take care of what they can, until the Admins are released for the Lead Team Meeting.
If you still can't deal with it while the meeting is going on, keep looking back on the forums for the meeting results, and after that's posted, you can bet your bottom dollar that plenty of staff are going to be on.

imho there should always be members of the staff team on the server, no matter if it's a meeting or not. Just split the group in halves and when one half is deciding the other half is administrating the servers and then they switch? It's a pretty bad idea to leave a server in anarchy for a few hours.
