can some one please help me / refund all wont work i when afk came back and had crashed out on me

a refund will most likely be given unless the server hasn't crashed i was refunded when the server crashed and /refund didn't refund me

A refund would of been given automatically. Your internet probably crashed meaning no refund was given.

no the internet was still on i would have dc'd myself otherwise

As far as i know you'll need a screenshot of the console to proof that the server crashed.
