Open your GMod console with F10 by default (I think) or by going into your advanced menu, and enabling it as well as binding it to a key in the key mapping tab.
Once your console is open, find the section that is relevant by scrolling up/down it (if you have restarted your GMod then I think it resets) and take a screenshot of it, this would include info regarding a server crash and when typing "/restore", nothing happens.
I hope this helped in some way to get your pick back.
