Screenshot of your Console which shows that you lost the connection to the Server.
If you had a Shop, a screenshot of your console that you've put these Items in there.

And If you've lost any special Items for example Milkors, make a screenshot of you holding it, the console of you equipping it & proof that you've lost the connection.

Whatever happens, all you need is 2-3 screenshots and you'll be fine.
The console is your best friend.
