my mill core was lost to a server crash just now its stuped a waste of my money i just payed for a booster pack

If you have evidence of the server crashing and ownership; I see no problem in it refunding.

First of all its Milkor. Second of all do you have any screenshots of the console when the server crahsed, do you have any evidence of actually owning it and equipping it and if so we would appreciate it if you could edit your post using the purple edit button and putting a link to these. Without any evidence of you owning the weapon we cannot refund it sorry.
