TOPIC: shortcuts

so I got a new laptop that is AWESOME but I cant use f1,f2,f3,f4,f5,f6,f7,f8,f9,f10,f11,f12 due to shortcuts.. this Is a MAJOR problem on Dark-rp because I cant access the f4 menu no more ( I can switch the rest but not the f4 menu button > ) can someone help me with this?
