Under the embed codes, you can see sizes. Try Large Thumbnail, maybe that works.

Download paint.net.

Resize it to 406x94 , upload it to imgur and you're done.

My signature is 950 x 150

Alot of people use 675 x 147
You can open it with paint and resize, no need for special programs or anything.
