TOPIC: Hacked VIP account

Hi my vip account got hacked and i got alot of proof its mine atm im using another account and i was wondering if i'd get the vip back or atleast my milkor refund i understand if u cant refund any vip or guns. i was just wondering if i would get refunded. ty

no i dont mean like that i mean when i go to the acc it says You have an alert from steam support and stuff it says someone have hijacked me and to contact steam support but it says like that i have hijacked acc what i havent lol i dont know how to explain but i just cant get it back

I see what your saying but what ever you did on zarp on the hijacked account will stay on that account, you wouldn't get a refund for something that happend out of the server. Again sorry about the loss.

Can't the VIP just be removed from his old account and added to his new one??

Sorry to hear your having problems with your Steam Account. Unfortunately you need to contact Steam Support here support.steampowered.com/ for help with recovering your account. In the meantime, we have unlinked your account, just click ZARP VIP at the top of the site in order to set it up with your new steam profile.
