I found out the problem, apparently i had this program in my pc that locked my registry to any non-already-installed program. It put my computer on lockdown... After 4 hours fighting to unistall this, i did it. Installed Hamachi in 5 minutes. Thanks everyone who tried to help! Port forwarding is way better than using hamachi.

Some providers do not allow port forwarding, probably why some people use hamachi
