TOPIC: RSS feeder!

Not sure if this shoud be in here or in genral posts... anywhoo

So i have realised that i should probably post a bit more on the forums and help peeps out a little. but sortus is way to fast with responding so i need to pull out the big guns

Can you guys suggest any free RSS feeders that are lightweight and a standalone program, not browser based?

I never used this type of programs but when I asked my friend he recommended me FeedDemon so you can check it out but best way is just refreshing page every 5-10mins on your mobile device
