CODE_BR34K3R, fearRP means that when you are at the gunpoint for example when you are getting kidnaped or mugged, you need to behave like you are scared of person who is mugging/kidnapping you because they have gun out, you are not allowed to take out your gun and shoot them because you wouldn't have time to do that in real life, you would get shot before you would pull out your gun, so if you pull out your gun when someone is mugging/kidnapping you, It's breaking FearRP but if you have your gun already out you are allowed to shoot them, hope I helped.
