TOPIC: [SOLVED] Problem with server?

Hello everyone,

I have been unable to join the server for the past week or two and I am unsure why. When I attempt to join it gets to sending client info and then my game crashes and closes, it only seems to happen when joining zarp so I was wondering if anyone could help. Any help at all is appreciated, thanks.

Don't know why, but that happens to me too, ZARP only though, i join it and GMod closes.
I updated my drivers etc now, and wanting to join again, but it's down atm, and if it doesn't work i suggest you also try updating your drivers.
If you find a fix for this btw, please let me know.

Okay will try updating my drivers and see if it works, and I will be sure to let you know if I find a solution, will most likely post it on here.

There are some options to fix that i found online, donno if they work.

1. join singleplayer first then join the Our gmod server.
2. type "vgui_allowhtml 0" in console before joining.
3. type "-autoconfig" in startup options before starting the game.

Blah, you have windows 7?
I don't know why, but i had windows 8 before, and i switched back to 7 and all these problems came, now i'm back on 8 and reinstalling gmod, hopefully now gmod can do ZARP.
And exrobite, what do you mean?

I am on windows 7 I think, will check and I will try what Zart has said and see if any of that works for me.

Update: Okay I am on windows 7, If the stuff Zart said doesn't work I will see about changing to windows 8.

Yeah, change to windows 8, i just did that, and GMod started working again!

No need now, got it working after starting single player game and then joining Zarp, Thanks alot everyone!
