i have linked my forums and discord and havent got anything

Have you tried reconnecting to the server?
And if you are referring to the discord role, go ahead and typein the #bot-commands channel and if it doesn't work for you, feel free to reply to this thread with your discord tag id so we can give you the vip role manually instead if you decide to purchase it.
