You did claim them so you still have the weight, This is the risk you take for claiming while banned for EXPLOITING.

what did you exploit if you dont mind me asking?

Users who are banned for exploiting to duplicate or gain items are wiped fully at the time of being unbanned, that's the standard punishment and how it always has been.
