Steam verification not allowing me to link accounts, tried reset password multiple times (for steam) just in case

this is the issue right now, but both the password and username for my steam login was correct, it would not let me authenticate the typing of the numbers and letter to make sure you are not a robot

Try restarting your phone and make sure the time is correct on your phone and time zone. If you still have issues try to contact Steam Support help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithSteamIssue/?issueid=809 about this problem and they should be able to fix it for you.

Going to quit for a while and redo my whole steam profile and passwords, ive no clue whats going on.
