TOPIC: I didn't get my booster pack

Hello.
I bought a booster pack today and it seems like i havn't gotten it.
After waiting over an hour I noticed that i still didn't get it

Yes I'm pretty sure that this account is linked to the proper steam account.
How can i check if i got the account linked to my steam profile just to check.

So apparently it says that i can buy VIP but i already got VIP on my account, maybe the wrong steam is linked.
is there a possibility to change the linked steam profile to the correct one and transfer the booster pack i bought?

I can currently see you have 2 unclaimed Booster Packs. You can claim them in-game under the F4 > Donate tab at any time.
Your currently linked Steam profile is: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198056369068 Is this correct? If not let us know and we will update it for you.

It isn't correct it was my old steam account.

if possible please link the new steam profile and transfer the booster packs.
