for some reason another device using your internet is using the same IP as your computer change the ip of your pc to fix.

It means exactly what it says. Another device on your local network is using the same IP as your computer. You should be able to change the IP of your PC in your router settings. Look up how to access those and have a mess about with it.

You can find the IP address of your computer using the cmd by typing "ipconfig". If you then go to your router page and find the device that is sharing the same ip, you could instead change that one to something different.

As you can see here, i can assign a different IP address to the device. Yours should be similar to this.

Release / Renew IP:

Expired IP addresses or other issues with a computer's current IP address lease are often the reason for network connectivity issues. When you type "ipconfig /renew" into the command line, that command orders your DHCP client to renegotiate an IP address lease with the DHCP server on your router.

This will either renew your current local IP address with the router or get your computer a new local IP address if the router hasn't already re-assigned the current address.

If its dynamic it will automatically change your IP after its restarted making this issue impossible to achieve
