TOPIC: Steam Still zooming in my left monitor...

Every time I open steam it zooms in my screen on my left monitor and its only that one and cant figure out what I changed, isn't the launch options

Judging by the bar at the top it looks like you're playing with a aspect ratio of 4:3, try changing to 16:9 and make your resolution 1920x1080?

As Micky pointed out that looks like a ratio of 4:3 and not 16:9 which is probably what you want if you use a 1920x1080 screen or something along those lines.
