In order for us to transfer VIP we will first need to confirm your ownership of the old account. Normally we would want you to make a post on the account that has VIP requesting a transfer. But seeing as you have lost access to that account we are going to have to verify your information another way. If you could please send us an email with as much information about your old account as possible, creation date, email used, username, etc etc.
