Players who want to appeal a punishment/ban need to post their own appeal; someone can't post it for them. There's no issues with someone reviewing your appeal before you post it though (especially for times where English isn't your first language). I don’t think he is on about reviewing or posting it, but mainly having someone else write the whole thing for you and you just post it.

I don't see any rules/policies prohibiting it so, if someone was able to prove someone else wrote your appeal, you can't really be punished for it but if you can't be arsed to write your own appeal it should be subject to denial since they couldn't give be bothered to put in the effort.
