Unable to connect to SSRP S2 6 years 2 weeks ago #1102433

Yeah so, I tried every community server and the only two servers I cannot connect to are S2 and JB. Quick update, I tried to tether internet from my phone using a USB cable and it finally allowed me on the server, can somebody from the higher up administration check if my IP is firewalled or something? I'll appreciate any help at this point, since playing from my phone's internet isn't a solution.

EDIT:

It lets me ping the server and view the list of people playing but when I click connect simply like the server doesn't exist.
If an admin needs my tracert I'll send the info
