My dude depending on how tight it is leaving on for too long can be pretty fucking dangerous and lead to blood poisoning once you finally get free. Im not quite sure how it works but from what I remember the blood that's trapped inside your hand pretty much " dies " from oxygen starvation and once you finally release the grip on your wrist all that blood goes back into your whole system and that can lead to some pretty bad stuff.

So if your hand starts turning even slightly blueish/purple just call an emergency line or something.
