There is a new empty room you can use for middleman services. If you follow the direction the helicoptor at pd is pointing. And then noclip out of the map and then up. You will find a empty room in the sky.

Be aware that the helicoptor itself will be teleportet up in that room. But there is space enough for you to handle services
