TOPIC: Im not sure if i got banned for valid reason.

So i was on gmod on 1 of your sexy cool great mega giga ulta servers DarkRP Zarp 1. And i was walking on the street like super swag kid and i saw an admin called Ellie annoying some player that was like he said "breaking nlr". But everything i see was that he annoyed her and he was smashing her on the wall and to the ground. And I like a true gentleman went to save her by shooting admin twice in the head with PSG (he died). Then i got arrested and admin asked me:"WHY DID U KILLED ME!" And i answered:"Because u was abusing her". Then he ported me to roof and i said:" u know u can warn me on street" and he ignored me and tell me "WHY DID U KILLED ME". Then i said: "dont make me tell u twice". He warned me for "RDM" and that was my 1st warn. He said:"ur gonna get banned" and i said "Now ?" and he said:"YES".
Im not sure if i can get banned for 1 warning because normally i see 1 out of 4 warnings. I think that should mean something.
Maybe i got banned because he cant stand his own dead or maybe because my trash english.
Dont answer with telling me something like "U little toxic trash, your mum is gay" but somehow smart and calm ok?

The warning sounds valid, as you have said you killed Ellie whilst he was handling a situation, and "abusing" another player isn't a valid reason to kill in this case, meaning you did RDM.
If what you say is true and this was your first recent warning, then the warn was not valid, however I think you may be mistaken here.

A warning, or punishment, is considered to be "recent" for 2 weeks. The "1 of 4" thing is for active warnings, which are considered on a daily basis. If you had a lot of recent punishments in the past 2 weeks, then the ban on top of the warn was valid. Ellie is a pretty experienced staff member, so I would be inclined to believe that you've just gotten confused in this situation, however I will link him this thread so he can clarify

You interrupted a staff member dealing with a rule break by breaking another rule, rdm. He teleported you to a roof since the street is meant for rp and the roofs are meant for sits, mostly. We would have to see what your rap sheet looked like to see if the TIME you were banned for is justified by the means.

There was a guy breaking NLR, I was explaining to him that he cannot return to the district he died in and I was dragging him out of the district with my physgun, while I was handling this you just ran up and shot me for no reason, not sure where you got abusing from? Or smashing them on the wall?

Anyway I brought you to a roof and was continuously asking you why you killed me to which you gave me no valid response other than you “wanted to help the girl gamer”.

Your recents are any punishments that you’ve received in the past 2 weeks, and no, that’s not just warnings, it includes mutes, slays, jails etc etc
