Is it possible to transfer my own claimed booster packs from my main account to one my own alt accounts? I have way too much inventory space on my main account and would like to try to get it on my alt account where it will actually have use.

If it isn't possible without claiming the benifts that aren't the bank and inventory weight then it's not an issue.

If you can do it may you send 57 of my boosters to this account:
