Make sure your Steam is signed into this profile when connecting to the ZARP Servers. And then re-connect to the server and your upgrades will be waiting for you under the F4 Menu > Donate tab. I've joined server 1,2 and 3 neither works, i can see on forum that i should have it, but once i log in i don't have vip or any booster packs to claim, i still have all items and money from befor this.
