I'd also like to mention that it takes ages to launch discord and takes ages to join a teamspeak server and to load it, also, I have no lags in the voice chat using garry's mod

if there's no sound lag anywhere else, e.g. youtube or when listening to downloaded songs, i'd attempt to reinstall the offending applications, in this case discord and teamspeak

If your having connection issues with both Discord and Teamspeak that would tend to point to something being wrong with your connection. You could try running a tracert command to the teamspeak ip to see if your ISP is having routing problems.
