I just got myself a brand new Hyper X Cloud Alpha and it's having the exact same issues as every headphone I've used on my laptop (which is also new) sometimes when sounds play (doesn't matter which sound it is) all sounds will stop working and I will get a burst of static then it stops my sound comes back except for things such as teamspeak, discord and spotify. Any help appreciated I can't find anything on google.

Same thing happend with my Razer Kraken probably something to do with your drivers idk
