Hello Emmitt Till Jr,

Currently your account does not have VIP connected to it. When buying VIP on SSRP, did you make use of the Middleman Service to safely do the transaction? If not there is a very high possibility you were scammed. You can read more information about the middle man services here and here.

Are you also sure that this is the correct account that should have VIP? Maybe you told the person you traded with to give VIP to your alt account.

If you did indeed get scammed by another user then I strongly urge you to get any kind of proof of this trade taking place on the server as well as the necessary evidence of SteamID. If you give me a timestamp and your own SteamID I can look in the logs for you to find who you did this trade with. Please make a ban request. You can do this by making a new topic here. Don't forget to fill in the necessary template:

[b]Name[/b] - (What is the accused person's name?)
[b]Steam-ID[/b] - (What is the accused person's Steam-ID?)
[b]Evidence Of Steam-ID[/b] - (Screenshot or video of the accused players Steam-ID)
[b]Server[/b] - (What server was this on?)
[b]Time And Date (CET)[/b] - (When did it happen?)
[b]Other Comments[/b] - (Anything else you want to add?)
[b]Reason[/b] - (What rules did the person break?)
[b]Story[/b] - (What happened?)
[b]Proof[/b] - (Any proof (video or screenshot) that clearly shows what happened.)

I bought it myself, and I'm sure its the right account, I have no alt's.
