I reinstalled the content like 10 times and I still cant see my ammo/HP

To do with resolution, as far as I know. I'm aware that a fix is being worked on, for now play in 1080p.

HUD issue on our side, will be looked into. Normally you should see it if you play at 1920x1080 resolution.
