Step 1. Don't be a shithead who needs to read guides to be nice to people.

Why do you guys have to make guides for every single thing. If this keeps going I will not be surprised if there was a guide in the future titled: "[GUIDE] How to make others like you!" or "[GUIDE] How to become a Super Admin/Head Admin!",

If you have attitude problems and/or want to change as a person, go watch a youtube video about this or go to a psychologist.
Zarp Forums should only have Guides that help people learn the basics of a gamemode or staffing. To help new users.

We do not want to make a guideline which if followed then a person is guaranteed to get a promotion. For me, being confident in yourself and standing out from the rest (being unique) is way more important other than attitude when it comes to voting for SA Apps. A Community full of human-robots who always follow guides instead of improvising and using their brains to move on is not an interesting and will probably have little to no success.

I just want to be helpful if you don't like it then don't follow the tips on it!

You made one guide (not including this one) as far as I'm aware and as I said then it will be quite beneficial to future staff applicants for Zarp. With that said, I honestly find this guide to be a joke and a bad one at that...

However, I don't believe you should stop making guides despite what others say. You should at least stick to those like your first one as guides like those will do a lot more for you compared to ones like these.

No offense, but I don't believe that this Guide in some way could be helpful, an actual Attitude Change cannot be made by following a Guide. The issue comes along when people stop Respecting each other and generally aren't friendly human being. A guide itself won't change a Person's personality at all which makes me think this Guide is rather Useless than Useful.

If someone can't change their attitude by themselves a guide certainly wont help. Some people just don't care about their image on here.
