You can only choose 1 person not to handleit. Since you put system first then system cant handle it but he still can

This information should be made clear in the initial appeal rather than later on as it is possible to be missed.

I'm sorry for my High Ping as well as I am not able to Unlock anything due to the stated ping issue. The second I wrote dealing with it I was typing the result, which in no way is my Fault, if you didn't want me to handle the Appeal put it in your main Appeal don't reply it to my Post thank you!
